How To Prepare

Duck Pancake

  1. Dip duck skin and meat into hoisin sauce
  2. Put it over a spring pancake
  3. Add cucumbers and onion leeks into the wrap
  4. Wrap it around like a burrito and ready to take a bite
  5. If you like it sweet, dip the wrap in hoisin sauce.

 

Minced Duck

  1. Get a palm-sized iceberg or romain lettuce
  2. Scoop a spoonful of minced duck with fried vermicelli
  3. Drizzle hoisin sauce
  4. Wrap it around and ready to take a bite

 

Salt and Pepper Duck

  1. Has to be consumed immediately
  2. Goes well with vinegar

 

Roasted Duck

  1. Has to be consumed immediately
  2. Can stay up to 1 week inside chiller
  3. Can be reheated in an oven

 

Lettuce

  1. Soak in cold water or ice for at least 10 minutes and gently pat dry before serving
  2. Store unconsumed lettuce in a cool place

 

Hoisin Sauce

  1. Can stay up to 1 week

 

Plum sauce

  1. Can stay up to one week
