1. What are your specialty food items in the menu?

Our specialty is Premium Roasted Duck and our own version of duck fried rice called Yong- A’s fried rice.

 

2. What are your operational hours?

Our store operates daily, Mondays to Sundays. Our operating hours is from 9:00am to 5:00pm

 

3. Do you offer free delivery?

Customers will book their own delivery or pick-up

 

4. Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere as long as your preferred delivery platform or courier accepts

*Once order is paid, no cancellation nor refund.

 

5. Where are you located?

We are located at Yong-A Oriental Roast Duck, Ground Floor Sekai Center Bldg. Ortigas Ave. corner Madison St., Greenhills, San Juan City

 

6. Is there a minimum order?

None

 

7. Do you have cut-off time for same day deliveries?

Once paid, pick-up time is Tuesdays to Sundays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Orders paid from 5:01 pm - 12 midnight today will be available for pick-up 10:00am-3:00pm on the next day.

 

8. What is your mode of payment?

Bank Transfer / Deposit via BDO, Gcash or Paymaya account. Screenshot copy of your proof payment is needed.

 

9. How long do I have to settle my payment?

If you wish to receive your orders on the same day, please settle all payments by 5:00 pm. Payments made after will be pick-up the next day.

 

10. Can I book my order in advance?

Yes, you may book your order days in advance. Please, let us know by adding notes on the box or messaging us on Viber or Facebook Messenger. 😊

 

11. How long will I wait for my order to be prepared?

As long as you send your proof of payment and receive a confirmation text, we will prepare your orders right away and you may start to book your preferred delivery platforms.

 

12. Where are your ingredients from?

Our Pekin duck is locally produced , world –class and farm fresh, bred and processed by our sister company. Other ingredients like fresh vegetables and Chinese ingredients are from our reliable suppliers.
