How To Prepare
Duck Pancake
- Dip duck skin and meat into hoisin sauce
- Put it over a spring pancake
- Add cucumbers and onion leeks into the wrap
- Wrap it around like a burrito and ready to take a bite
- If you like it sweet, dip the wrap in hoisin sauce.
Minced Duck
- Get a palm-sized iceberg or romain lettuce
- Scoop a spoonful of minced duck with fried vermicelli
- Drizzle hoisin sauce
- Wrap it around and ready to take a bite
Salt and Pepper Duck
- Has to be consumed immediately
- Goes well with vinegar
Roasted Duck
- Has to be consumed immediately
- Can stay up to 1 week inside chiller
- Can be reheated in an oven
Lettuce
- Soak in cold water or ice for at least 10 minutes and gently pat dry before serving
- Store unconsumed lettuce in a cool place
