How To Order and Book Your Rider

HOW TO ORDER?

Step 1: Click ORDER NOW. Select the desired item and add to cart. View cart to add date and time

Step 2: Fill in your Contact and Shipping Information. Click CONTINUE SHOPPING

Step 3: Select Your Payment Method. Then send us your proof of payment
to our Viber 0977-245-1426 or FB Messenger ROASTED DUCK EXPRESS.

Step 4: Wait for SMS confirmation and instruction from ROASTDUCKXP. Take note of your ORDER #

 

HOW TO BOOK YOUR RIDER?

Step 1: Book your rider via TNVS (e.g. Grab Express, Lalamove, Joyride, Angkas, Mr. Speedy).

Step 2: Key in the pickup address: Yong-A Oriental Roast, Ground Floor, Sekai Center Building, 368 Ortigas Ave. Cor. Madison Street, San Juan, Metro Manila

Step 3: Provide your ORDER # and your last name.

Step 4: Tell your driver to wait patiently in the parking area and wait for your order number. Please observe social distancing.

 Notes:

• *First come first serve basis.
• Once order is paid, no cancellation nor refund.
• Pick-up time  is Mondays to Sundays from 09:00am to 6:00pm.
• Order and payment cut-off is 4:00pm. Orders paid from 6:00 pm - 12 midnight today will be available for pick-up 10:00am-3:00pm on the next day.
• Please give us 1 hour to 2 hours preparation or depending on order volume.
