Delivery Guidelines

FOR CUSTOMERS WHO WILL BOOK THEIR OWN COURIER

Step 1: Book your rider via TNVS (e.g. Grab Express, Lalamove, Joyride, Angkas, Mr. Speedy).

Step 2: Key in the pickup address: Yong-A Oriental Roast, Ground Floor, Sekai Center Building, 368 Ortigas Ave. Cor. Madison Street, San Juan, Metro Manila. Contact Person: Rommel - 0939-838-9511/ KC - 0977-245-1426.

Step 3: Provide your ORDER # and your COMPLETE NAME.

Step 4: Tell your driver to wait patiently in the parking area and wait for your order number. Please observe social distancing.  

 

FOR STORE PICKUP

• Address: Yong- A Oriental Roast Duck - Ground Flr., Sekai Center. Ortigas Avenue Corner Madison St. Greenhills , San Juan.
• We advise customers to wait patiently in their cars or they may wait in our designated waiting area ( we will be providing chairs)  as we prepare the orders.
• Kindly observe Social Distancing.

 

For Other Locations (outside San Juan)

• We accept orders heading to METRO MANILA, Pasig , Rizal, Taguig for as long as Grab/ Lalamove/ Angkas/ Joyride/ Mr. Speedy or your preferred courier accepts.

 

Notes:

• *Once order is paid, no cancellation or refund.
  
• *If your order is ready, inform your chosen courier that you're having hot dishes and sauces and sides to be delivered.
• We highly encourage you to book riders with insulated bags. However, if not available, inform your courier in advance to handle with care to avoid spills.
• *Please be noted that we are practicing skeletal work schedule with limited man power, please expect delays in our response. Rest assured we will get back to you asap.
• *You may book your order days in advance if you have curfew in your location. Please mention it in the comment box while ordering or when you send us a message on Viber or Facebook Messenger
• *Due to GCQ conditions, delivery time may vary.
• *First come, first serve basis
